“It was horrible. Some of the horrible issues that individuals in Radnor have seen in fairly a very long time,” stated Delaware County DA Jack Stollsteimer after the responsible verdict was reached Thursday.
Authorities say Miller was shot 4 instances in a retailer full of individuals.
“He introduced a weapon of battle, got here in and killed his ex-wife as a result of he was apparently sad along with her,” stated Stollsteimer.
The DA’s workplace says Miller had a earlier “safety from abuse order” in opposition to Kennedy.
A sentencing date for Kennedy was not instantly launched.
