Authorities say Miller was shot 4 instances in a retailer full of individuals.

“He introduced a weapon of battle, got here in and killed his ex-wife as a result of he was apparently sad along with her,” stated Stollsteimer.

The DA’s workplace says Miller had a earlier “safety from abuse order” in opposition to Kennedy.

A sentencing date for Kennedy was not instantly launched.
