22nd Central Valley Honor Flight returns to Fresno from Washington, D.C.
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Dozens of veterans on the twenty third Central Valley Honor Flight might be returning to Fresno Wednesday night time from Washington, D.C.
Wednesday morning, they wrapping up their journey earlier than boarding their aircraft again to the Valley.
The 68 veterans vary in age from 65 to 93.
They, together with their guardians, visited numerous struggle memorials, together with the Korean Battle Memorial, World Battle II Memorial and the Air Drive Memorial on Tuesday.
twenty second Central Valley Honor Flight departs Fresno for Washington, D.C.
In addition they made a cease by the Lincoln Memorial.
This journey is free to the veterans.
The Honor Flight will return at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Everyone seems to be invited to return to the Fresno Yosemite Worldwide Airport for a patriotic welcome dwelling for the heroes.

D.C. police have identified the man who died after being shot near Nationals Park on Friday night.
D.C. police have identified the man who died after being shot near Nationals Park on Friday.
Police said officers responded to a report of gunshots being heard in the 1300 block of South Capitol Street at K Street in Southwest just before 7 p.m.
Officers said they were “flagged down” for a man with “gunshot wound injuries.” He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
The man has been identified as Marc Butler Jr., 28, of no fixed address.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact D.C. police.
