In a move that’s got Kansas City buzzing, Travis Kelce, the Chiefs’ dynamic tight end, has upgraded his living situation to jaw-dropping heights — and it’s all thanks to a certain pop sensation named Taylor Swift.
The deal on Kelce’s new $6 million mansion there recently closed, and sources close to the situation told The Post that the NFL star decided it was time for a major upgrade.
His former humble abode just wasn’t cutting it when it came to impressing his new love interest, Swift.
Insiders revealed that Kelce was feeling a tad “self-conscious” about his relatively modest pad and decided it was time to take things up a notch. The reason? Winning over the heart of Swift, who is no stranger to the world of luxury. It seems Kelce wanted to match the grandeur of her lifestyle, and this new residence might just do the trick.

Kelce’s Chiefs’ salary jumped from $2.9M in 2022 to $11.2M this year. Coupled with the millions he’s making in endorsement deals with companies like Pfizer, Nike, Bud Light and State Farm, 2023 has been a financial windfall for the tight end.
Aside from his mission to impress Swift, Kelce had another pressing reason to make this high-profile move. His old house was just too accessible, becoming an unintended tourist attraction, separate sources told TMZ.
The old place had its charm, but Kelce was over the constant swarm of fans and tourists who had turned his humble abode into a bona fide spectacle.
Fans flocked to the area, staking out the place and snapping photos, leaving the football star increasingly uncomfortable.
Kelce’s new abode boasts both grandeur and seclusion. The previous owners of this property were a prominent Kansas City-area medical malpractice lawyer and his family. The home listed in September 2022 for $6.9 million.

So safe to say Kelce got a bit of a deal there.
Built in 1998, the house features six bedrooms, six baths and spans 17,000 square feet.
Kelce’s new love nest screams luxury. The property includes a spacious six-car garage, a wine cellar to satisfy even the most discerning oenophiles, a “Beverly Hills”-style pool area, a lighted tennis and pickleball court, and a miniature golf course.
All of this is situated on over 3 acres of pristine land.
The newfound privacy is proving to be a relief for Kelce.
Just this past weekend, when Swift came to visit the 34-year-old NFL star in Kansas City, paparazzi had to park outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of the celebrity couple. With the privacy of his new mansion, Kelce can now enjoy quality time with his famous girlfriend without the prying eyes of the public.

Kansas State has struck twice after a busy weekend on the recruiting trail. After adding junior college defensive tackle Patrick Tackie just an hour and a half before, high school wideout Arrion Concepcion has also committed to K-State.
Like Tackie and a few others before him, the recruitment of the wide receiver was a major sprint. The senior wide receiver de-committed from NC State November 17. Kansas State offered him November 18 and worked quickly to schedule an official visit.
The Charlotte natives official visit was this weekend. He was joined by Tackie and two other high school receivers Quinten Gibson and Larry Porter. Could another commitment be on the way? It is possible as we rapidly approach the Early Signing Period. A major tip of the hat goes to K-State wide receivers coach Matthew Middleton and the Wildcats recruiting staff for making Concepcion feel at home in a short period of time to commit to Kansas State.
In total, the senior held offers from Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, Indiana, Liberty, Louisville, Marshall, Memphis, Miami, NC State, Temple, Troy and Virginia Tech. Over the summer he took official visits to NC State and Virginia Tech.
