Dakota Hoskins was introduced Tuesday because the winner of the Shaping Our Appalachian Area, or SOAR, Startup Appalachia Pitch Competitors. The occasion, held June twenty third, on the First Federal Middle on HCTC’s campus, attracted a complete of 39 candidates from 24 counties in Appalachia.
