A New York man was charged with human smuggling and evading arrest in Texas after he tried to move 4 unlawful immigrants from Eagle Cross to San Antonio earlier than main a Texas DPS trooper in a high-speed chase.

On November 18, a Texas Division of Public Security (DPS) trooper tried to cease a Honda SUV on a state freeway in Kinney County, Texas – simply outdoors the Texas-Mexican border. The driving force, Carols Adiel Guzman, is a New York resident who was trying to smuggle 4 unlawful immigrants from Eagle Cross to San Antonio, Texas.

Guzman tried to smuggle 4 unlawful immigrants over the border.

Guzman drove off the roadway and crashed into a ranch fence. 
Guzman’s route was presupposed to take the migrants from from Eagle Cross to San Antonio, Texas.

Guzman led Texas cops on a high-speed chase before running off on foot.

The DPS Felony Investigations Division obtained help from the Texas Freeway Patrol and U.S. Border Patrol to drag over three automobiles containing 15 unlawful immigrants on Thursday, Nov. 10. 4 extra unlawful immigrants have been later found in a stash home. 

Jason D. Owens, Chief U.S. Border Patrol Agent of the Del Rio Sector in Texas, introduced on Friday that in lower than 24 hours Eagle Cross brokers arrested two youngster intercourse offenders, considered one of whom had an excellent arrest warrant.
