A homeowner in Arkansas was horrified when she learned her leaky roof would cost $10,000 to fix, so she crafted a “funny” plan to raise the money by taking risque photos on the roof and posting them online.
Terah Meishalyn, 24, bought a home in Little Rock less than a year ago and discovered that her roof was leaking last month. Contractors told her the whole roof needed to be replaced for a price tag of roughly $10,000, and her home insurance provider said it would not cover the expense.
“I thought, ‘Oh my gosh, how am I going to scrape together $10,000 for an issue that clearly needs to be fixed soon?’” Meishalyn told Kennedy News. “I was obviously feeling a little bit down about that and figured I might as well use humor to deal with the situation because I could either laugh or cry.”
To cope with the situation, she staged a photo shoot on her roof and posted the self-described “silly” photos to a Facebook group where people ask for advice. She subsequently racked up thousands of likes and comments.

“I have a job, but I would consider myself pretty and thought that I probably could make a decent amount on OnlyFans, and it would be a very quick way to scrape together that money,” Meishalyn, a small business owner, told Kennedy News. “So, that’s why I originally started it.”

She said she thought it would be “funny” to take a couple risque photos wearing only a black leotard on the roof and post them, but she “very quickly realized I’m just not cut out for that.”

“I thought it would be really funny if I started maybe doing suggestive photo shoots on my roof, it’s definitely very out of the ordinary, right? Most people, if they’re posting raunchy photos, they’re just in a bed or sitting on a chair or something.”

“In no way shape or form do I look down on anyone who [posts risque photos to OnlyFans] to make money, but just after looking at the content, I didn’t think I was cut out for it or could do that.”

Meishalyn told Fox News Digital that she’s still working on ways to raise the money for her roof, including her friend setting up a GoFundMe page for the effort. In the meantime, a local roofing company in Little Rock has offered to tarp the roof to protect it from storms.
While the Arkansas Razorbacks have been hitting the transfer portal hard, it is partially as a result of having more than 20 scholarship players decide to enter the portal after a 6-6 regular season that was capped off with a Liberty Bowl win over Texas Tech on Dec. 27.

The transfer portal officially opened Dec. 9 and it was open for a 30 day window through Dec. 28. There is also an additional five-day window for players to enter once their season is over, plus there will be an additional 10-day portal window from April 16-25.

MEMPHIS –While Beale Street is famous for being the Home of the Blues, red was the color of the day Dec. 26 at the Beale Street Parade, where many watchers were clad in red — a team color for both teams playing in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl the following day.
Marching bands, vintage vehicles, cheer squads and floats marched, strutted and cruised down the historic street in downtown Memphis as fans of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Texas Tech Red Raiders lined the streets, cheering as bands and cheer squads from their schools passed by.
The University of Arkansas Razorback Marching Band, cheerleaders and pep squad brought up the rear of the parade, creating a grand finale as they marched to meet Texas Tech’s Goin’ Band from Raiderland at Beale Street’s Handy Park for a festive Bash on Beale Pep Rally. Both the parade and the pep rally were sponsored by the Beale Street Merchants Association.
