A Pittsburg man was charged this week after allegedly taking pictures at a girl a number of occasions and refusing to come back out of a residence when regulation enforcement arrived.

The report states after members of the SWAT workforce started to reach, Caldwell exited the residence and was taken into custody with out incident.

When requested what had occurred, Caldwell stated that he and the lady go into an argument and he informed the lady to go away and when he returned to his residence, the lady left, the report acknowledged.
