An japanese Iowa actual property appraiser accused of snooping by a house owner’s bed room has agreed to give up his license.

In response to the Iowa Actual Property Appraiser Analyzing Board, Josh Binneboese of JB Appraisal in Davenport obtained licensed, unaccompanied entry to a residential property when the homeowners had been absent.
