California teen arrested after violent puppy-snatching
An ailing month-old Maltipoo pet stolen from a California pet retailer has reportedly been returned — and a callous teen dognapper arrested.
Surveillance footage reveals the feminine thief and Rosa Muñoz — who runs Planet Pet Store in Bell Gardens — preventing on Jan. 30 as Muñoz tries to rescue the snatched pet named Child Moon, Fox 11 reported.
Within the video, the suspect is seen viciously slamming Muñoz to the bottom as one other girl casually walks by.
Bell Gardens Police mentioned after the brutal assault, the suspect pepper sprayed Muñoz within the face after which ran away with Child Moon. Muñoz broke her hand in the course of the violence.
