One of the premier power hitters in Eastern Mass., the senior blasted six home runs including two walk-offs and two grand slams to go with 33 RBI. His was Patriot League Keenan MVP. Also a member of Duxbury’s state championship football team, Ayers will play baseball at the University of Maine.

The junior posted a .400/.462/.912 slash line to help lead the Panthers to the Div. 2 state semifinals. Also a member of Whitman-Hanson’s varsity football team, he hopes to play baseball in college.

The Catholic Conference MVP hit .387 with nine doubles, four home runs, and 21 RBIs, guiding the Eagles to a second consecutive appearance in the Div. 1 quarterfinals. The National Honor Society member, a junior, is pursuing a collegiate baseball opportunity and also hopes to achieve in degree in science.

PLYMOUTH NORTH
Brown had a 2.28 ERA and held opponents to a .123 batting average. The southpaw twirled a no-hitter against eventual state champion Milton in the Div. 2 state quarterfinals. The Patriot League Keenan All-Star is set to be one of the top arms in Eastern Mass. next spring.
DAWSON BRYCE
TAUNTON
Bryce was at the center of the action as Taunton claimed a second consecutive Divi. 1 state championship, batting.329 to go with a 1.089 OPS, four home runs, 29 RBIs, and 26 runs scored. The Merrimack-bound shortstop, a three-time Hockomock League All-Star, finished his career with a .371 average, five home runs, and 65 runs scored.

NATICK
Collins dazzled as a two-way player going 8-2 on the mound with a 1.84 ERA while also batting .301 with a home run and 16 RBI. The Bay State Carey Division’s MVP is a member of the National Honor Society and will continue his playing and academic career at Colby College.

MEDFIELD
Collins batted .562 with 16 doubles, two home runs, and 31 RBIs for the Div. 3 state finalists. On the mound, Collins went 10-0 with 98 strikeouts in 71.1 innings. Collins will play at Union College while studying economics.

NORWOOD
The right-hander struck out 75 in 32 innings while posting a 0.85 ERA. The Tri-Valley League pitcher of the year whose fastball ticks up into the mid 90s will continue his playing career at Northeastern University.

WESTFORD ACADEMY
The ace of the WA staff finished with a 0.60 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 35 innings while also batting .353 in an unbeaten regular season. The two-time Dual County League all-conference selection has a verbal commitment to the University of Rhode Island.

HAMILTON-WENHAM
The sophomore season allowed just two earned runs while striking out 62 batters in 33 innings and hit .406 with four home runs and 17 stolen bases. The high honor roll student, who is a member of the varsity soccer team, holds a commitment to the University of Notre Dame.

LYNNFIELD
The Cape Ann League Kinney Player of the year batted .396 with 16 RBI, 17 stolen bases, and three game-winning hits as Lynnfield earned a co-league championship. The National Honor Society member, who also plays varsity soccer, will attend Bentley University.

GEORGETOWN
Gilmore struck out 67 hitters in 64.1 innings, going 8-2 with a save and a 1.19 ERA as Cape Ann League Baker Player of the Year. The National Honor Society member plans on studying marketing while attending Northeastern University.

The senior went 6-2 with a 1.42 ERA to finish his career with a 16-6 overall record and a 1.50 ERA. The National Honor Society member will play at Stonehill College while majoring in sports management.

BEVERLY
The southpaw went 8-0 with a 0.96 ERA and 85 strikeouts, earning him MVP of the Northeastern Conference. The National Honor Society member and part of his school’s cross country team will play at Endicott College.

The sophomore was 5-2 with a 0.46 ERA and 59 strikeouts in 46 innings. He hit .308 with nine RBIs. The left-hander is an MVC all-conference selection, a high honor roll student, and a member of Andover’s varsity hockey team.

The Merrimack Valley Conference Div. 1 Player of the Year hit .417 with three home runs and 26 RBI to lead Central Catholic to a 21-4 overall record. The left-handed slugger finished his career with a .432 average. He will play at Stonehill College.

SEEKONK
Kropis struck out 93 in 64 innings including a 12-strikeout performance in a complete game victory in the Div. 4 state title. He hit .449 with 18 RBI.

The Hockomock All-Star finished his four-year varsity career with a .356 average and 35 RBI after hitting .373 with three doubles, five triples, 12 RBI, and 19 stolen bases this season. He will play at Stonehill College.

The sophomore left-hander posted an 8-0 record and a 1.71 ERA while also hitting .377 with 26 runs scored in a run to a second consecutive Div. 2 state title. He’s a member of MDB Knights on the club baseball circuit.

The senior hit .410 with a home run, 21 RBI and 25 runs scored. The Hockomock League All-Star finished his career with a .423 average and led the Panthers to back-to-back trips to the Div. 1 state final. The honors student will play football at Bryant University.

The senior two-way star went 6-2 with two saves and a 1.26 ERA while also batting .395 with a .515 on-base percentage and 17 RBIs. The Bay State Herget Most Valuable Player led Milton to a second straight Div, 2 state title and will play football and baseball at Williams College.

The senior catcher batted .380 with seven doubles and a 1.044 OPS en route to an appearance in the Div. 4 state final. An honor roll student and also a star member of the Green Wave’s hockey team, Merrick will attend WPI for biomedical engineering.

The left-hander had a 0.87 ERA over 43 innings while hitting .353 with three home runs. The two-time Dual County League Player of the Year will have a post-graduate year at Worcester Academy in hopes of attaining a Div. 1 collegiate opportunity.

The senior hit .459 with four home runs, 11 doubles, and 31 RBI to earn Catholic Central League Most Valuable Player honors. Also an avid fisher and skier, Moser will continue his playing career at Eastern Connecticut State University.

FRANKLIN
The senior right-hander went 8-1 with a 1.24 ERA and 102 strikeouts in 67.2 innings. The two-time Hockomock All-Star and the league’s 2023 MVP finished his career a stellar 19-3. He will play next at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

XAVERIAN
The senior hit .333 with five doubles, two triples, four home runs, and 17 RBI. He notably hit a walk-off home run to give Xaverian the Catholic Conference crown over BC High. Also a Catholic Conference All-Star in football, Oates ran for 1,200 yards and 20 touchdowns last fall. He will continue his baseball career at the University of Connecticut.

METHUEN
The left-handed slugger batted .412 with two home runs while on the mound the Rangers ace struck out 95 in 52.1 innings with a 1.20 ERA. In the Rangers’ Div. 1 state quarterfinal game against Central Catholic he picked up the win while also blasting the go-ahead triple. He will play at Endicott.
JUSTIN PEGUERO
ENGLISH
The shortstop batted .468 with a .591 on-base percentage, five triples, two home runs, and 28 RBI during a perfect regular season that ended with a Boston City League crown. He finished his career with a .417 average. The honor roll student will attend the University of Dayton on a baseball scholarship.
LUKASZ RONDEAU
CENTRAL CATHOLIC
Rondeau was 5-1 with a save and a 1.13 ERA, earning first-team MVC All-Conference honors highlighted by a complete game shutout of Chelmsford in the postseason. The two-time Boston Herald All-Scholastic has a 10-3 record over the last two seasons with a 1.14 ERA. He is undecided on his collegiate plans.

The King Philip third baseman batted .329 with six doubles, three triples, and two home runs to lead the Warriors to a second straight Div. 2 state final appearance. The two-time Hockomock League All-Star will play at Bentley University.

The sophomore earned MVC Div. 2 Player of the Year honors. The right-hander went 4-0 with a 0.95 ERA over 43.2 innings while batting .426 with a school record six home runs. A member of the Nor’Easter Runbirds in the summer, Stuart is undecided on his college plans.

BRIDGEWATER-RAYNHAM
The Most Valuable Player of the Southeastern Conference batted .325 with three home runs and 20 RBI to lead Bridgewater-Raynham to the Div. 1 state quarterfinals. Wensley had a flair for the dramatic all season long, hitting a walk-off grand slam on April 12 and hitting a go-ahead home run on May 21. Also a member of the varsity golf team, Wensley will attend Ole Miss.

WEYMOUTH
Zaslaw helped lead Weymouth to its top regular season in program history. He struck out 76 in 47.2 innings while compiling a 1.90 ERA. Zaslaw also batted .324 with a home run, five doubles, and 23 RBI. The first-team All-Conference selection will play at Bryant University.
