Fans cheer for SZA to perform at Summerfest after concert was delayed
After weather delays, fans cheer for SZA to perform at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater at Summerfest.
Summerfest 2024’s biggest headliner might have been upstaged twice Saturday night: first, by a monster storm that delayed her performance by more than an hour and then by reported sightings of an even bigger star.
After the lengthy rain delay kept R&B star SZA from taking the stage, fans returning to their seats in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater spotted fashion/pop culture icon Kim Kardashian walking through the amphitheater.
Around 10:15 p.m., people flooded toward the walkway separating the 100 and 200 sections of Summerfest’s main stage. Phones went out and people started screaming as Kardashian made her way through the walkway, surrounded by an army of security and Summerfest staff. She sat in a sequestered area by the soundboard.
