I would recommend Flow to anyone of any age. Kids will be captivated by it. Adults will be thoroughly entertained. I watched it with my wife and mother and we all loved it. The genius of *Flow* lies in its ability to tell a complex story without a single word of dialogue. Through masterful visual storytelling, we follow the journey of unlikely companions brought together by circumstance. The movie proves that friendship knows no species, and survival depends on cooperation.
What starts as a simple tale of animals escaping rising waters becomes a meditation on trust, growth, and the bonds we forge in times of crisis.

Old CG, but still effective
I’ll be honest: initially, I was a little put off by the low-quality CG. It looks like the CG from a game that came out 15 years ago. But in time, it gave me a feeling of nostalgia. Oh, for the days of Halo II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. And at no time was the low-res CG a limitation in telling the story.
There are numerous laugh-out-loud scenes and some real tension as well.
There is an extra after the end credits finish that you absolutely must see. It’s short, but you’ll be glad you saw it.
Fun fact
Director Gints Zilbalodis not only directed and wrote the film but also created the animation, composed the music, and produced the entire project largely by himself over three and a half years. It’s a testament to what passionate creators can achieve with modern animation tools.

This is a great app. I wish more people would support it
This app provides info about movies, reviews, ratings from people who have seen it before and after viewing. It has links to info about the movies. It let’s you know when there will be a lull in the action and how long it will last. If you want to know what happens during that time, you can check the brief synopsis (you have to click a link, so no accidental spoilers). It has a timer you can set (silent) to alert you to a break. It also tells you whether there is anything extra during or after the credits. It’s really a wonderful app. I’ve subscribed for a couple of years to support the developers, but I noticed some of the links to provide feedback didn’t seem to work today. They also made it free, with voluntary donations to see the pee-times. If you haven’t tried it, I encourage you to do so, and subscribe if you like it. I really hope the app is supported so it can continue to be maintained!
Developers note: RunPee doesn’t make much money but it supports itself nicely. Donations are appreciated, but not required. We’ll add as many movies to the database as we can until there are no more movie theaters.
