YAZOO CITY, Miss. (WLBT) – A man wanted out of Louisiana was arrested in Yazoo City on Friday night.

At approximately 9:45 p.m., Yazoo City Police officers responded to the Double Quick gas station for a report of two suspicious male subjects wearing all black pacing around the building.

Those subjects were not found, but while patrolling the area of Double Quick, they were alerted by a concerned citizen about a different, unknown individual who was being “very suspicious,” according to Yazoo City Police Chief Patrick Jaco.

Upon investigating the situation further, it was found by officers that the man was wanted out of Louisiana for escape.
