NASHVILLE – For any participant, an NFL rookie camp could be a lot to digest.
It’s an introduction to an NFL playbook. An NFL assembly schedule. An NFL weight room. New coaches. New trainers. New teammates. New environment. And all of it’s offered in a comparatively quick interval with the expectation that members will modify rapidly.
Cornerback Roger McCreary is one who has accomplished his greatest to take all of it in over the previous couple of days as one of many latest members of the Tennessee Titans.
He even has accomplished his greatest to get his thoughts round a brand new diet plan, which he plans to place into apply.
Till gamedays this fall, that’s. The second-round draft select of Auburn affirmed after the Titans chosen him thirty fifth general (fifth amongst all cornerbacks) within the 2022 NFL Draft that he usually eats two full plates of baked beans (particularly, Bush’s Baked Beans) previous to taking the sector.

That features changes to the meals he makes use of to gas his 5-foot-11, 190-pound body, notably now that he should adapt to the bodily calls for of the skilled sport.
“I’m simply making an attempt a brand new weight-reduction plan, making an attempt to eat more healthy slightly bit,” McCreary mentioned. “I’m making an attempt to steer clear of baked beans for some time.”
