Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra: “I think now we have positive teaching points from this. We’re going to conquer the third quarter. We’ve had so many incredible first halves, even in the games that we’ve lost. If we can get some of these games, like even where we play poorly in the third, just get to the fourth, we have great competitors in our locker room.

They love these kind of moments where it’s electric in there and you have to make big plays. So it was good to see us overcome the third quarter, there was a little bit of a glitch there where we kind of went back to some of the things that get us in trouble.”

Several people reportedly hurt in ‘mass casualty’ crash near Miami Gardens – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports | Fort Lauderdale

MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) – A chaotic weekend crash near Miami Gardens left several people injured.

Miami Gardens Police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the violent wreck in the area of Northwest 191st Street and 47th Avenue, at around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday.

Cameras captured two cars with extensive damage, including a white Toyota Camry.

Although the crash, called a “mass casualty incident” by MDFR, happened on the border between Miami Gardens and Northwest Miami-Dade, the scene extended across several blocks, from Northwest 183rd Street to 191st Street, spanning both the county and the city’s jurisdictions.

7News has reached out to Miami Gardens Police for more information about the incident and the number of people involved.

Miami Heat Could Reunite With Playoff Hero This Offseason

The Miami Heat have already made the move of the offseason by acquiring Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo in one of the biggest blockbuster deals of the decade. The move limits them financially and there are many holes on the roster at the moment due to the Heat having to part with Tyler Herro, Kel’el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Kasparas Jakucionis in the trade. However, there are plenty of players out there on the trade market and in free agency who could be strong contributors for the Heat this coming season without having to spend a lot of money. In fact, a former Heat player is reportedly on the trade block.

According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, Cleveland Cavaliers wing Max Strus is a name to keep an eye on in the trade market.
