TCU to face Louisiana in New Mexico Bowl

TCU will face the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns in the New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque, Action Network’s Brett McMurphy reported on Sunday.

After starting 2-0, TCU, 8-4 (6-3 Big 12), struggled to keep the momentum going and sat at 3-3 moving into the second half of its season. The Horned Frogs won five of their last six games to close out the season, only dropping one to Baylor in the Bluebonnet Battle, 37-34.

The Horned Frogs’ last bowl win came in the 2022 Fiesta Bowl against Michigan in the College Football Playoff semifinals. TCU missed out on bowl eligibility the next season after going 5-7 in 2023.
