“It’s a lot of other holidays that are out there that doesn’t really belong to us and now, it’s good to have a national, federal holiday recognizing, you know our culture, our freedom,” Jadorvis Stewart a member of Band of Brothers says. “So, it’s very important and it means a lot to me to see all of us come together as a collective, peacefully and enjoy one another.”
