Police searching for suspect accused of bank robbery in north Colorado Springs


COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Colorado Springs Police Department said they received a report on Friday around 12:14 p.m. of a bank robbery in north Colorado Springs.

Police said they arrived at the 5500 block of Powers Center Point, near Research Parkway and N Powers Boulevard to learn the suspect had run away.

Police did not say if that suspect stole any money.

Police said their robbery unit is continuing to investigate and asks anyone with information regarding the suspect or the crime to call CSPD at 719-444-7000.
