Tennessee Titans: 3 Bold Predictions For Week 10 vs. Broncos
After almost pulling off an time beyond regulation upset on the street in Kansas Metropolis final week, the Tennessee Titans return to the Music Metropolis with a 5-3 document to tackle the 3-5 Denver Broncos in a sport the Titans have to win to maintain tempo on the entrance of the pack within the AFC. The Broncos enter this one after per week off following their win in London towards the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Ryan Tannehill appears to be like in significantly better place to play this week, although you’d should think about he’d nonetheless be restricted to some capability, forcing the Titans to be a bit extra run heavy than they usually are with Tannehill.
With the story of the tape executed and dusted, let’s get into the enjoyable a part of soccer previews, making daring predictions! Listed below are three daring predictions for the Titans Week 10 matchup at residence with the Denver Broncos.

3. Derrick Henry eclipses 150 yards and scores twice
The Broncos run protection thus far within the 12 months has not been nice. They’re presently permitting 5.0 yards per carry to operating backs, and whenever you’re dealing with a man like Derrick Henry who’s averaging 4.8 yards per carry himself, that doesn’t appear very constructive for the Broncos!
Additionally with Ryan Tannehill prone to be a bit restricted, anticipate 25-30 carries for King Henry, and an enormous dose of him within the crimson zone, I don’t suppose 2 dashing touchdowns is out of the query, particularly contemplating Henry has reached that milestone in three of his final 4 video games.
A good matchup, a restricted quarterback, an on type Henry, all the pieces is lining up for an enormous day at residence for King Henry.
2. Russell Wilson sacked 4 occasions
The Titans protection is rapidly evolving into among the finest in your complete league. The numbers themselves might not wow you, however within the context of the sport, they may be among the many 5 greatest defensive items in all of soccer. The line of defense particularly, which generates stress on 32.4% of dropbacks, and has picked up 23 sacks, whereas blitzing simply 15.0% (!!!) of the time, sixth fewest within the league.
Russell Wilson, within the meantime, has additionally been sacked 23 occasions this season, tied for seventh most within the league. His offensive line hasn’t helped him a complete lot, and that doesn’t bode properly towards a Titans workforce who generate a disproportionate quantity of stress.

Steve Zavala ·
Tim Crean ·
Anticipate Wilson to go down three or 4 occasions, maybe extra if Jeffrey Simmons is wholesome and Bud Dupree isn’t restricted. For a quarterback like Wilson who presently solely has six touchdowns and 4 interceptions, that’s not the sort of information you need to hear.
1. Titans win by 10
All this, the favorable matchup between the Titans run offense and the Broncos run protection, the Titans line of defense vs the Broncos offensive line, all the pieces units up for the Titans to be up late on this one. Say that second Derrick Henry landing comes with three or 4 minutes to go and stretches the lead from three to 10, and proves to be the dagger. That’s the sort of sport we’re right here.
It will ship the Titans to 6-3, preserving them on tempo with the Ravens within the three seed within the AFC, and properly atop their division, whereas the Broncos would plummet to 3-6, and ever farther from the playoff spot they anticipated to be preventing for this season, they usually’ll have an uphill climb contemplating they nonetheless have video games towards the Ravens, Chargers, and two towards the Chiefs.

Childhelp delivers Thanksgiving food baskets to 200 families in East Tennessee
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Childhelp Tennessee spent Sunday afternoon delivering Thanksgiving food baskets to 200 families across Knoxville and East Tennessee as a part of the annual Thanksgiving Basket Brigade.
Chad Schollaert, a Childhelp board member, said the boxes primarily went to foster families, where there’s a greater need for donations.
“Foster children, a lot of times they’re not coming from a stable environment. So, having a Thanksgiving meal with a family is extremely important and so is just being able to show stability and family atmosphere,” Schollaert said.
Schollaert said an effort like this takes months of planning and coordinating both meals and volunteers ahead of the big day.
“It’s been an effort for the last several months getting coordinating volunteers to deliver the meals, getting the meals. I know the staff here at Childhelp have been talking to board members and recruiting others to deliver the boxes,” Schollaert said.
Schollaert added that Childhelp is always looking for more volunteers because the more volunteers they have, the more children get help. He also said there are several other events and fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Click here for more information.

Could the Tennessee Volunteers Host a First Round College Football Playoff Game?
Could the Tennessee Volunteers end up hosting a first round college football playoff game?
After the loss to Georgia, it looked like Tennessee was going to need some help to get their way back into the playoff, and they got more than enough help on Saturday. Alabama lost to Oklahoma, Ole Miss lost to Florida and Indiana lost to Ohio State. Three teams that were ranked ahead of Tennessee opened up a playoff spot for them this week.
Not only did it get the Volunteers back into the playoffs, it might have put them in a position to host a first round playoff game. A few things would need to happen and a lot of it will depend on what happens during conference championship week, but it’s certainly a possibility.
The five-seed, the six-seed, the seven-seed and the eight-seed all get to host for the first round. As of right now, it looks like Notre Dame is going to take one of those slots. The winner of Texas A&M vs Texas plays Georgia in the SEC Championship Game and the loser of that might take one of those spots as well. An Oregon vs Ohio State rematch is looking likely for the Big 10 Conference Championship and you would have to imagine that the loser of that game would take a host spot as well. So as of right now, it’s looking like there might only be one host spot up for grabs in the playoffs and Tennessee very well could be the team to snag it as an eighth seed.
More clarity will be provided about this when the rankings are released this Tuesday but the Volunteers had a very successful weekend of college football, needless to say.
