Neil Johnson, a doorman on the Plaza Resort in New York Metropolis, is being hailed a hero after he detained a person who randomly attacked a 9-year-old lady.

Johnson instructed host Carley Shimkus that he heard a person screaming, which wasn’t initially a trigger for concern. He then heard a lady screaming.

He ran to the girl and located her with a toddler and a child carriage being adopted rapidly by a person who was gaining floor on them. She instructed Johnson the person had assaulted her daughter.
Raheem Ramsarran, the 27-year-old suspect, allegedly punched the younger lady unprovoked. Johnson stated it was clear Ramsarran was mentally in poor health.

“I turned towards the man and began yelling at him to not transfer,” Johnson stated.
Johnson and one other man stayed with Ramsarran till police arrived and took him into custody.
