PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea (WSAW) – Leaders of the Wisconsin Nationwide Guard and Papua New Guinea Defence Power gathered in Port Moresby on Dec. 2 to signal a Nationwide Guard State Partnership settlement between the 2 organizations.
