Robbi Davon Robinson Jr., 23, has been arrested in connection with the horrific act of arson which occurred some time on Thursday morning
‘I gotta breathe! My inhaler’s in the house… I can’t breathe, he knocked my teeth out,’ Scott states as she writhes in pain.
‘Severe burns,’ the officer says over his police radio. ‘Back here on the ground — severely burned.’
The officer turns to Scott asking her to stay awake and reassures her that an ambulance is en route.
He then races around to the front of the home and apprehends Robinson Jr. who protests his innocence.
‘I don’t know what happened,’ Robinson states.
‘Your stepmother jumped out the back,’ an officer said on the body cam footage.
‘Oh, she did?’ he replied, seemingly surprised.
But the officer proceeds to handcuff Robinson, ‘Until I find out what’s going on,’ the cop says.

Scott was discovered by Dennis Williams, a next door neighbor who could see her home from his own property
Fairfield Township Police Sgt. Brandon McCroskey said the entire case was chilling.
‘It’s one that makes your hair stand up on the back of your neck, I don’t care how long you’ve been doing it.’
Scott was discovered by Dennis Williams, a next door neighbor, who found her lying in her backyard.
He had just returned home from work and the only thing alerting him to something not quite right was his dog barking more agitatedly than usual.
Police vehicles are seen outside the home where the incident took place on Thursday morning
Scott was sprawled out on the grass and pleading for help.
‘I said, ‘What happened, what happened?” said Williams to WKRC. ‘And she said, ‘He set me on fire.”
Williams told police that she had ‘Water with gasoline’ thrown on her.
‘She had just terrible, terrible burns—I mean, I’m no expert, but at least half her body—I mean terrible burns. She wasn’t still on fire at that point, but there was a little bit of flame next to her that was dying,’ Williams said.
‘It was pretty traumatizing to see and everything that happened, but again, I’m glad I was in a position to help,’ Williams added.
Scott was airlifted to UC Medical Center in critical condition and underwent surgery.
