Wyoming High School Golf Scoreboard: Aug. 28-30, 2024

With school back in session in most areas of the state, the prep golf schedule in Wyoming slows down. Only four events are part of the Week 3 schedule. Three of them are two-day events. One is a one-day event. Gillette, Moorcroft, Rock Springs, and Worland are the sites to host this week.

WyoPreps Week 2 Golf Results 2024

Here is the schedule for Week 3 of the golf season. All schedules are subject to change. If you have an update, you can email david@wyopreps.com. The results will be posted below each event.

Gillette Invite – at Bell Knob G.C., at 9 a.m. – Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Douglas, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Torrington.

Rock Springs Invite – at White Mountain G.C., 1 p.m. – Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Kemmerer, Laramie, Lyman, Pinedale, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Star Valley.

Worland Invite – at Green Hills G.C., 9 a.m. – Buffalo, Cody, Glenrock, Lander, Lovell, Riverton, Ten Sleep, Thermopolis, Wheatland, Worland.

Gillette Invite – at Bell Knob G.C., at 8 a.m. – Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Douglas, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Torrington.

Moorcroft Invite – at Sundance C.C. – Big Horn, Hulett, Lusk, Moorcroft, Newcastle, Sundance, Tongue River, Upton, Wright.

Rock Springs Invite – at White Mountain G.C., 8 a.m. – Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Kemmerer, Laramie, Lyman, Pinedale, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Star Valley.

Wyoming 3A and 4A Boys Basketball Regionals Tip Off Postseason Play

The 2026 postseason has arrived for Wyoming High School boys’ basketball teams in Class 3A and 4A. They participate in regional tournaments from Thursday through Saturday. The regionals will be in Buffalo, Evanston, Gillette, and Lovell. Three sites will use the format: two wins qualify a team for the state tournament next week in Casper, or two losses eliminate a team. The 4A East Region has three loser-out first-round games on Thursday, followed by two days of games for seeding. The 4A East Regular Season champ draws a first-round bye and has qualified for the state tournament.

WYOPREPS 3A-4A BOYS BASKETBALL REGIONAL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES

Except in the 4A East Regional, Friday starts with elimination games. The regional semifinals are on Friday night. The final seeds for next week’s state tournament will be determined on Saturday. The schedules below for this weekend are based on the brackets sent to WyoPreps. It is subject to change.
