WATCH LIVE at 11 a.m.: Florida trooper killed in I-95 pursuit honored at memorial service

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – A Florida Highway Patrol trooper killed during a pursuit on I-95 earlier this month will be honored Monday during a memorial service.

Trooper Zachary Fink, 26, died on Feb. 2 while pursuing a driver on I-95 near Port St. Lucie. The driver made an illegal U-turn and Fink followed, but he collided with a semitrailer as he made the turn, according to the FHP. Investigators said the driver of the semi also died in the crash.

The service will be held at 11 a.m. in Port St. Lucie at Christ Fellowship Church.

The service is open to friends and family of Fink, law enforcement personnel, state agency personnel and members of the public.
