Hunter Biden will be deposed in Arkansas as part of the contentious paternity case involving the first son and the mother of his out-of-wedlock daughter, court documents show.
Biden, who since September of last year has sought to lower his monthly child support payments to former stripper Lunden Roberts, will answer questions from Roberts’ attorneys under oath in Little Rock, Ark., on Friday.
President Biden’s 53-year-old son will likely face questions related to financial records he’s allegedly been withholding throughout the legal saga with the woman with whom he had a month-long affair.
Hunter is also expected to appear in Arkansas court next month, where a judge will consider 32-year-old Roberts’ bid for sanctions against the first son for allegedly refusing to turn over the financial records — including having him jailed for up to six months.

Roberts has also petitioned the court to toss out Hunter’s request to lower his $20,000 monthly child support payments for their 4-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts and to dismiss his opposition to efforts to change their daughter’s last name to Biden.
In public remarks, the president has refused to acknowledge his seventh grandchild — who was born out of wedlock.
“I have six grandchildren. And I’m crazy about them. And I speak to them every single day. Not a joke,” the president said during a White House take-your-child-to-work event in May.
Hunter has cited a “substantial material change” in his financial situation as the reason he wants his monthly payments to Roberts lowered.
In May, Hunter claimed he’d already paid Roberts $750,000 since a DNA test confirmed Navy was his biological child.
However, he was chided by Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer for overly redacting financial statements.
The initial paternity case was filed by Roberts against Hunter in 2019 after he denied being Navy’s father.
FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas basketball will welcome one of the best players in program history back to Bud Walton Arena tonight.
The No. 24 Razorbacks (3-1) will host Little Rock (3-2) Friday. The Trojans are coached by Darrell Walker, who was a consensus All-American for the Razorbacks in 1983 and is a member of the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame, the Southwest Conference Hall of Fame and the University of Arkansas Sports Hall of Honor.
The Hogs are in the midst of a four-game homestand and are coming off a 91-72 victory over Pacific Monday. They’ve been stingy through the early portion of the season and rank 10th in the nation in KenPom’s defensive efficiency metric.

This will be just the second meeting between the two Natural State programs. Arkansas won 93-78 in 2021, and the Trojans are coming off a road victory over Tulsa in their most recent contest.

Arkansas vs. Little Rock prediction
Arkansas 79, Little Rock 63: This game could follow a familiar theme to earlier home games, with a mid-major squad staying close thanks to 3-pointers, but Arkansas’ talent eventually wearing out the opposition. A blowout is more likely if one of Trevon Brazile or Jonas Aidoo returns to the floor for the Hogs.
