FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas gymnastics assistant coach Felicia Hano turned in her letter of resignation final month, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette discovered via a current Freedom of Info Act request.
Hano, a four-time All-Pac 12 choice with UCLA (2017-20), was a member of the 2014-15 USA Senior Nationwide Group previous to that.
She dated her resignation letter on June 6, addressed to Katherine Devenport, the chief of workers of the UA Athletics division.
Hano, a former star gymnast at UCLA, joined this system as a volunteer assistant within the fall of 2020 and served in that place for the 2021 season. She was elevated to a full-time assistant’s position final August after the departure of Catelyn Orel, who took over as head coach at Lindenwood College.
Hano’s focus was on the vault and flooring train for Coach Jordyn Wieber, the previous UCLA volunteer coach, who will start her fourth season with the Razorbacks this fall.
