Troubling Videos Surface Of Alabama’s QB, And They Involve His Feet: WATCH
New videos of former Alabama QB Jalen Milroe might concern NFL scouts.
The dual-threat QB declared for the NFL Draft Thursday, and many Alabama fans weren’t sad to see him go.
For a guy with very solid stats and physical tools, it’s kind of fascinating to watch Alabama fans seemingly pop bottles of champagne to celebrate his exit.
Troubling videos of Jalen Milroe’s footwork go viral.
Well, Milroe might now have a serious problem on his hands after Joe Gaither dug up videos of the QB’s pre-snap footwork.
The former Alabama star had his feet offset prior to passing plays, side-by-side on running plays and appeared to telegraph what was coming nearly every play in the bowl game against Michigan this year.
Does that sound impossible to believe? Check out the videos, decide for yourself and then let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
Yikes! Those videos are a very tough look for Milroe, and are a huge red flag for NFL scouts. How can a guy be an elite QB if he telegraphs every play with his feet prior to the snap?
How did none of the coaches at Alabama realize his error and fix it? This is the same thing as a major tell in a poker game.
All the defense has to do is look at Milroe’s feet in order to get an idea whether they need to drop into coverage or crash down to stop the run.
It’s a major disadvantage for Alabama, and it will be used as another piece of evidence for Crimson Tide fans not sad to see Milroe leave.

You can expect Milroe to get hammered on this development in his pre-draft interviews, and for good reason. This kind of sloppy footwork won’t be tolerated in the NFL. Let me know what you think at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Unsettled Through Friday – Alabama Emergency Management Agency (EMA)
By Jim Stefkovich, Meteorologist, Alabama Emergency Management Agency
CLANTON – Sunday, 8:30 am, June 21, 2026
Today, scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are forecast mainly across the southern half of the state. Rainfall will generally be around 1 inch, but some spots could receive 2-4 inches, resulting in localized flooding. Damaging wind gusts are not expected.
Little to no rainfall will occur tonight through Monday morning. During the afternoon (and for the remainder of the week), we will be in a northwest flow aloft, with periodic clusters of storms (Mesoscale Convective Systems) moving from northwest to southeast across the state each day.
The timing for Monday’s activity is shown below. A few damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph, and heavy rainfall that may produce localized flooding are the threats.
There will be breaks in the precipitation each day, allowing any flooding to subside. However, due to saturated soils this week, it won’t take as much rainfall to produce additional flooding. Finally, the timing for each cluster of storms after Monday is highly uncertain, both in timing and specific locations.

Alabama’s SEC opponents revealed for 2026-27 season
The SEC opponents for Alabama women’s basketball during the 2026-27 campaign has been officially revealed.
The Tide will face some of the top teams in all of women’s college basketball throughout SEC play this upcoming season. Alabama will face Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Missouri, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss and Texas A&M at home, with Ole Miss being the Tide’s only SEC opponent that they will face twice this year, both home and away. Alabama will be on the road for matchups against Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas as well.
The dates, start times, and television network for each will be revealed at a later date.
Alabama held a 7-9 record throughout SEC play last season. The Tide were widely regarded as one of the top teams in the nation despite struggling at times during conference play, and Alabama was able to make a run during the SEC Tournament with a shocking upset to the Tennessee Lady Vols in Nashville.
Alabama went 24-11 last season as a whole, but the Tide will undoubtedly need to play better during SEC play this year nonetheless.
