CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The latest round of rain will be in the area through the day and most of tonight. The highest chance of rain expected this afternoon. Humidity levels are high and this is leading to widespread fog. Warmer air mass and snowpack is also contributing to the fog as well. Visibility will be reduced to less than a half mile at times. It looks like the heaviest rain will be in the southern half of Ohio. We are forecasting a quarter to half inch of rain today and tonight. High temperatures in the 45 to 50 degree range. More fog and scattered showers tonight. Temperatures remain in the 40s, which is very warm relative to average. Tomorrow will feature morning fog and widespread cloud cover. Another round of rain arrives later in the afternoon and through Thursday night. Temperatures remain well above normal with afternoon readings around 50 degrees.
