“We didn’t know what was wrong. luckily we got Allison, and she walked us through. and helped us so my sister and brother-in-law could perform CPR and save my mom’s life,” Winnie’s daughter, Sandy Mochida Rapozo, said.

Mochida was eventually rushed to the hospital and has since made a full recovery.

“We don’t always get to hear the outcomes of our calls — much less if they are positive or not. I am very grateful today that a family gets to continue being a family and spending time with one another,” Allison Ford said.

Mayor Mitch Roth presented Ford with a certificate of commendation for her outstanding service.
