Neighbor helps police catch stranger looking into Wyoming home

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A girl faces felony costs after a house owner allegedly caught her peeping via home windows in Wyoming.

Megan Hutchinson, 29, was arrested due to the watchful eyes of a neighbor, police say.
