CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A girl faces felony costs after a house owner allegedly caught her peeping via home windows in Wyoming.

Megan Hutchinson, 29, was arrested due to the watchful eyes of a neighbor, police say.

“She had no enterprise being there. She was a stranger. She was no one I had seen round right here,” the neighbor mentioned.
