Utah County Sheriff arrests driver accused in road rage deaths
PROVO, Utah — The Utah County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Peterson Drew Matheson, age 30, of Eagle Mountain City after Matheson reportedly turned himself in for his involvement in a fatal car accident that took the lives of two people.

According to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, the driver who died in the crash on SR-73 was Rodney Michal Salm, age 48, of Salt Lake City. The passenger who was also killed has been identified as Michaela Himmleberger, age 47, of Holladay, Utah.
Officials said that the Salm and Himmelberger were not involved in the road rage incident. Instead, they happened to be on the road at the wrong time when one of vehicles involved in a road rage incident lost control and crashed head-on into the car being driven by Salm.
