Woman arrested after stealing purse at knifepoint in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood
SEATTLE — Seattle police arrested a lady Monday afternoon after she allegedly stole one other lady’s purse at knifepoint within the SoDo neighborhood.
In keeping with the Seattle Police Division, the 27-year-old sufferer flagged an officer down on the intersection of Fourth Avenue South and South Lander Avenue at 3:45 p.m. and mentioned she was robbed at knifepoint.
The girl advised the officer the theft had simply occurred and identified the suspect, who was working from the scene.
Extra officers moved into the realm and the 41-year-old lady was taken into custody. She was later booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of theft.
In keeping with police, the lady held a knife to the sufferer’s throat and demanded her property. The sufferer put her purse and telephone on the bottom simply earlier than she noticed the police car.
A knife was recovered from the scene.
