Surveillance video shows moment when deadly San Francisco home exploded

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — New video exhibits the second a San Francisco house exploded on Thursday that killed one individual.

The explosion occurred within the 1700 block of twenty second Ave. close to Noriega St. within the metropolis’s outer Sundown neighborhood.

One individual inside the house was discovered useless and one other was injured.

Police say a narcotics lab was being operated inside the house.

The suspect, 53-year-old Darron Value, was arrested on Friday.

He was booked for manslaughter, youngster endangerment and manufacturing medicine.

A partial police report obtained by ABC7 Information anchor Dion Lim on Friday says a pair lived in the home together with their two youngsters, who have been at college on the time of the explosion.

The lady was disabled and was typically assisted by a caretaker, who was within the basement doing laundry when the explosion occurred.

The report says the caretaker was in a position to make it out alive, though she did maintain main accidents and was handled at a neighborhood hospital.
