San Diego mother wanted for kidnapping daughter arrested
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A San Diego lady who was wished by authorities for allegedly kidnapping her daughter and fleeing to Mexico has been arrested.
Based on the San Diego County Sheriff’s Division, 45-year-old Wendy Gutierrez is charged with youngster kidnapping.

Detectives say on Tuesday, Feb. 22, employees members at Kempton Elementary Faculty in Spring Valley reported to authorities that they noticed Wendy Guiterrez leaving the campus together with her daughter 6-year-old Jolyn Guiterrez round 1:15 p.m. Gutierrez doesn’t have custody of Jolyn.
Gutierrez was noticed once more together with her daughter simply after 3:00 p.m. at a Jack within the Field within the 3100 block of Plaza Boulevard in Nationwide Metropolis.
Investigators say on Wednesday, Feb. 23, a witness gave them a becoming description of Gutierrez and her daughter and informed detectives they noticed the pair crossing into Tijuana, Mexico on foot.
SDSO says america Marshals Service labored with Mexican authorities and located each Guiterrez and her daughter in Mexico on Wednesday, April 13. Jolyn was not harmed.
