Robert “Bob” Zelinka, an Oregon State offensive assistant coach during arguably the greatest decade of Beaver football, died Sunday.

Zelinka, 93, served as an assistant coach for Tommy Prothro from 1955-64. During that era, Oregon State played in two Rose Bowls and produced the school’s only Heisman Trophy winner, Terry Baker.
