Oregon man charged in mom’s death, relatives deaths probed – KTVZ
SALEM, Ore. (AP) — An Oregon man has been indicted on homicide and different expenses within the demise of his 62-year-old mom at her dwelling in November.
Robin Hethorn, of Monmouth, pleaded not responsible Friday on two counts of second-degree homicide, theft, theft, ID theft and unauthorized use of a motorcar in Theresa Hethorn’s demise, in keeping with the Polk County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Questions have surrounded the demise of the beloved educator within the Dallas Faculty District, the Statesman Journal reported.
Police in Monmouth, southwest of Salem, found Theresa Hethorn’s physique inside her residence on Nov. 9 and known as the demise suspicious.
Charging paperwork accuse Robin Hethorn, 30, of killing his mom whereas making an attempt to rob her. He is also accused of stealing her automotive and committing fraud utilizing her id.
He stays in Polk County Jail with one other courtroom look scheduled for later this month.
Theresa Hethorn’s daughter, Kali Lou Roque, and Roque’s husband, Juan Roque-Delaguarda, have been discovered useless at their northeast Salem dwelling March 30. Robin Hethorn was convicted of strangulation and fourth-degree assault in February for an assault on a person in 2021. Courtroom paperwork questioned his psychological health to proceed with trial.
