Fabian Archuleta, 39, reportedly had a warrant out for his arrest from Rio Arriba County. He faces a first-degree homicide cost, however no info was launched about his case.

Authorities discovered Archuleta after the Espanola Police Division notified deputies that he was within the space. It’s unclear how police knew the suspect was in Seligman.

The 39-year-old man reportedly refused to return out and barricaded himself inside a car earlier than he was finally taken into custody.

Archuleta will likely be extradited again to New Mexico, officers say.
