The Palomino spans 535,713 square feet across a 19.5-acre property, offering 482 high-quality residential units. The development features a mix of tuck-under buildings, stacked flat buildings, and carriage buildings, providing a wide range of living options for the growing Reno community. Metcalf was able to complete the project three months ahead of schedule and under budget.
Located nine miles south of downtown Reno, Palomino provides residents with easy access to Damonte Ranch Parkway and I-580. Residents will experience premium amenities on site, including an outdoor pool and spa, dog park, pickleball courts, fitness center, modern club room, media lounge, and multiple open areas with BBQs and ramadas.
