F-16 fighter jet makes ‘hard landing’ at Honolulu’s airport
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A runway at Honolulu’s airport was closed for hours Monday after an F-16 fighter jet made a “exhausting touchdown,” coming to relaxation on its nostril.
A state Transportation Division spokesperson stated the touchdown gear on the plane didn’t deploy.
Nobody was injured within the incident, which occurred about 2:45 p.m.
