Spilled manure causes accident, closes interstate

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — Crews responded to a messy scenario on Interstate 76 Sunday morning.

Adams County Fireplace tweeted out a few multi-vehicle accident on eastbound I-76 at Federal Boulevard.

Photos taken by the hearth crews present a load of manure was dumped onto the freeway.

I-76 at Federal Boulevard was closed for an unknown period of time however has since been reopened. Drivers had been suggested to take alternate routes as crews completed cleansing up.
