The Denver District Attorney’s Office does not plan to file charges in the Feb. 25 shooting at a construction site that left two people dead.

The shooting occurred when a construction site manager found two people who were possibly burglarizing the location in the 8500 block of West Belleview Avenue, according to Denver police.

The manager confronted the two people and was assaulted, according to Denver police, then pulled out a gun and shot them.

The two people killed in the shooting were later identified as Timothy Walker Jr., 40, and Patience McFall, 37.
