COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – St. Francis Hospital is again open after a lock down attributable to a safety concern.

The hospital went into lock down round 8 a.m. Wednesday attributable to a report of an individual with a weapon. It was decided there was no menace to the campus, group or hospital workers.
