Think those California grocery store plastic bags are recyclable? State says think again

Since California adopted the nation’s first ban on single-use plastic procuring baggage in 2014, most grocery shops have turned to thicker, reusable plastic baggage which can be purported to be recyclable. However Lawyer Basic Rob Bonta is now investigating whether or not the luggage are really recyclable as required by regulation.
