Arizona man arrested, accused of downloading child porn

An Arizona man accused of downloading baby pornography has been arrested.

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Workplace says deputies executed a search warrant on Jan 26 at a house in Chino Valley “on the lookout for an occupant that was believed to be in possession of kid pornography.”

Investigators say a pc inside the house was used to obtain pornographic photographs involving kids.

“This search warrant execution was decided to be of excessive danger to all concerned, precipitating the necessity for YCSO SWAT to safe the premises previous to detectives getting into the house,” the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.

YCSO says 35-year-old Mackenzie Stephenson was arrested and booked into jail. He’s accused of 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Different folks inside the house had been “cleared of any suspicion associated to this case.”

“YCSO is adamant that baby pornographers concerned within the abuse and exploitation of innocents won’t be tolerated,” the sheriff’s workplace mentioned. “The offense can carry a 10-year jail sentence per picture – usually making an arrest of this type a life sentence for the offender.”
