TxDOT: Northbound lanes of I-610 East Loop closed at Clinton Dr. due to HazMat incident, heavy truck crash
HOUSTON — All northbound lanes of I-610 East Loop had been closed at Clinton Drive Thursday attributable to a HazMat incident brought on by a heavy truck crash, in line with the Texas Division of Transportation.
The closure was reported round 2 p.m. and was anticipated to final a number of hours.
