Man with ties to southern W.Va. arrested for allegedly drugging/sexually molesting teen who died

FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. (WSAZ) – A person with ties to Fayette County, West Virginia, who was needed for drugging and sexually molesting a teen who later died was arrested Friday in Indiana, based on the U.S. Marshals Service.

Alain Luis Overlook, who’s in his early 60s, is accused of drugging a 15-year-old little one with autism in Florida. That little one died of a drug overdose, investigators say.

In keeping with the U.S. Marshals Service, Overlook fled from Florida to West Virginia after which fled the Mountain State.

In September 2021, Overlook was needed for tried lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor and the supply of a managed substance to a minor.

Legislation enforcement officers arrested Overlook in New Albany, Indiana, which is within the southern a part of the state.

He’s awaiting extradition to face expenses in Florida.
