Described as “sorta South American”—Malik resists placing the delicacies in too tight of a field, as a substitute preferring to let the crew do its factor with out constrictions—Mercy Me’s forward-thinking menu traipses via Latin America and the Caribbean, melding flavors as fluidly as its foyer residence transitions from daytime hangout to night hotspot.
