DC Law Firm Relocating, Expanding to District Center
Regulation agency Barnes & Thornburg is shifting to a brand new residence in Washington, D.C., to accommodate its progress, Business Observer has discovered.
The increasing legislation agency has signed a 13-year lease to take the highest ground at District Heart at 555 twelfth Avenue NW in downtown D.C., owned by a three way partnership between MetLife Funding Administration and Norges Financial institution Funding Administration.
Savills represented Barnes & Thornburg within the 35,037-square-foot relocation, which is roughly 6,000 sq. ft greater than its present area at 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The deal additionally affords the legislation agency the choice so as to add extra adjoining area sooner or later.
