Arsenal players made one more stop in Washington DC just before heading up north to take on Manchester United in New Jersey.
The team took part in a guided tour of the United States Capitol building on Thursday, with images of the players walking through the hallowed halls of Congress.
Players were seen with audio devices as part of the experience so they could hear more about the over 200 year old building.
The Gunners did this just after handing the best of MLS a heavy 5-0 defeat in the 2023 MLS All-Star Game.
Arsenal scored early and often in the match – managing 16 shots and converting all five of the ones on target in a game that both sides seemed to take seriously.

It also marked the debuts of new signings Jurrien Timber, Kai Havertz, and Declan Rice – with Havertz bagging the final goal of the night.
It was a poor showing from the MLS All-Star side helmed by Wayne Rooney – who got the honor because his club was hosting the game.
Rooney hand picked 12 of the 26 players on the roster – with MLS commissioner Don Garber choosing two and the remaining 12 being voted in.
Throughout the night, Arsenal appeared by far and away to be the better team as Gabriel Jesus scored a sublime goal in the fifth minute of play.
The Brazilian’s shot from long range went in off keeper Roman Burki’s right post to start a scoring onslaught.
Frenchman Leandro Trossard – who is set to take part in his first full season in an Arsenal uniform – scored a similar goal via a rocket into the top left corner.

The tour also took them through the famous Capitol Rotunda in the middle of the building

The Capitol tour came a day after the Gunners beat MLS All-Stars 5-0 in the nation’s capital
The second half began with an almost immediate penalty via a handball in the box form St. Louis City SC defender Tim Parker.
Arsenal’s Jorginho stepped up and easily slotted the effort home to extend the lead to 3-0.
With rolling substitutions, both sides either nearly or completely emptied their benches to give as many players game time as possible.
That included Arsenal debutants Havertz, Timber, and Rice – all of whom arrived this summer on transfers totaling around $257.97million.
Havertz made good just a day after seriously struggling in the All-Star Skills Challenge in their cross-and-volley challenge.

After failing to manage a single goal in that challenge, Havertz was able to control his effort and volleyed it off his chest.
The German raced to the sidelines with his arms out wide in celebration.
Arsenal will be set to take on Manchester United in New Jersey on Saturday at MetLife Stadium.
Following that matchup, Arsenal travels to Los Angeles to take on Barcelona in their final pre-season tune-up match.
