PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Booming drums, pipes and brass come collectively for a memorable night on the Virginia Worldwide Tattoo. It will get underway this Thursday and this 12 months is greater and higher then ever as they’re celebrating their twenty fifth Anniversary!
